The Birdhouse

Amenities & Local Services

The Naramata Birdhouse is a two bedroom, one bath bungalow with a wealth of outdoor space. It is bright, clean, and freshly renovated. Enjoy all the comforts and privacy of a home away from home without the noise and traffic of Penticton, while maintaining in-town conveniences like access to restaurants, a high-end spa, and shopping.

Seven minutes of walking takes you to gorgeous Manitou Park, a lakeside play area, grassy field, and long beach. Wharf Park is close by too, and the local school is two doors down if the kids just need to clamber on the monkey bars a while.

From the Birdhouse, wineries on the Bench and famous cycling and hiking trails like the Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) are right up the road. Tours and Events are available all throughout the growing and harvesting season, and the beauty of the region is unmatched. And outside summer, snow-lovers can even visit nearby Apex Mountain for skiing and other winter sports.

Perfection! The Birdhouse had everything we needed to relax (and clean up after a camping trip!) Thank you for the thoughtful touches and opportunity to call Naramata home for four days. Wine, sups, sun, the most lovely lavendar farm and an outdoor space at the house that has inspired ideas for back home all add up to a relaxes state of mind.
